Who are we?

Welcome to Mindful Nutrition and Ki Points Japanese Acupuncture. Sisters with sister businesses.

At Mindful Nutrition it is about you and your goals. Individualized diet plans that work for you. Our focus is to use whole, local, organic, in other words, real food to nourish your body in ways that allow it to heal and obtain optimal health.

Annabelle, "bella" Cameron, is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Consultant. She meets with clients one on one to assess their nutritional needs and develop an individualized plan to meet their health goals. As well, she facilitates healthy whole food workshops.

At Ki Points Japanese Acupuncture the body is supported in establishing proper balance through this ancient and effective treatment.

Jane Gallant is a Registered Acupuncturist who is also trained Japanese hot stone massage, reflexology, fire cupping and a variety of other Japanese modalities. She is currently accepting new clients and is covered by insurance.

Food is one of the great pleasures in life. It is wrapped up in our family's and our community's traditions. By making healthy, sustainable food choices, we can honour these traditions and invest in our future.
